Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Systems Officer
Santa Sabina is seeking an innovative and collaborative ICT Systems Officer to join our highly effective ICT Department.
The ICT Systems Officer plays an important role in the strategic planning and management of ICT across campuses.They oversee the day to day ICT Infrastructure and systems needs of the College and ensure that they are managed efficiently and effectively. The ICT Systems Officer ensures the smooth running of software packages for students, educators and non-teaching staff as well ensuring data security and integrity across campuses. They support the integration of ICT into teaching and learning practices across the College.
This is a temporary full-time position (76 hours a fortnight),with the possibility of permanency

Classification: Level 2.3 (Information and Technology Staff) under the Santa Sabina College (Support and Operational Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2022
The successful candidate will :
- have a Tertiary qualification in ICT or equivalent
- demonstrable team experience using a motivational, customer centric and solution focused approach
- have experience and knowledge in the delivery of ICT services, solutions, and projects
- maintain professional registration with associations and provide updated certificates to the Director of People,Culture and Professional Learning
- comply with NSW Department of Health Screening and Immunisation and Santa Sabina College Policy
- have a current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- display excellent ICT skills
- demonstrate experience in dealing appropriately with highly confidential and sensitive information
- demonstrate innovative practice, lateral thinking, use of initiative, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the organisation
- work collaboratively within and across teams
- be able to analyse and solve problems individually and as part of a team
- be passionate about innovative practice using technology
- display initiative
