Our senior Chemistry students won first and second place in the RACI Titration Competition at Knox Grammar School in June. Our Head of Science and lab technicians ran weekly after-school training sessions and the students worked hard learning titration techniques. The NSW Schools Titration Competition is organised by the NSW Branch of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute Incorporated. The aim of the competition is to accurately determine the unknown concentration of an acid by using titration techniques.
