Students in Years 10,11 and 12 and their parents were part of “Beyond the HSC Careers Networking Evening” on Wednesday 6 May. A panel of University experts including; Dr Chris Walker, Professor Mary Spongberg, Rina Bernabei, Associate Professor James Curran and Dr Adriana Verges conducted a Q&A panel giving advice about University readiness. Following this, students and parents moved into the library where 40 Ex-Students from a range of professions gave mentoring advice about their chosen careers. Representatives from major Universities were also present to provide course information.
Thank you to the Santa Sabina Dominican Ex-Students’ Association, the University experts and the Ex-Student mentors for their time and providing an invaluable insight into the paths beyond the HSC.
