Coalition of Knowledge Building Schools Visit

Santa Sabina hosted students from Condell Park High School on Friday as part of our participation in the Coalition of Knowledge Building Schools. Coalition schools work with academic partners and friends to design, implement and act upon research which seeks to incorporate student voice and those of other members of our communities.

The students from Years 7-11 are part of a steering committee aimed at investigating student experiences in schools. This year, their investigation is “What I’d like to Learn” led by Professor Susan Groundwater Smith (University of Syd) the visiting students met with Santa Sabina students and staff to interview them on how the curriculum is presented at Santa Sabina as well as participating in classes before enjoying a lunch on the lawns.
