Festival of Music

After months of practice and weeks of participation in heats, Santa Sabina musicians from across the College joined together for the biggest event of our Festival of Music – the Finalists’ Concert! All the students who received places and commendations in the Festival were presented with their certificates and trophies, and the winner of each section was invited to perform.

This year we have seen an outstanding array of student performances from Del Monte through to our senior students. The musicians have also been fortunate in having very supportive and enthusiastic audience members on both campuses.

The Finalists’ Concert was a wonderful showcase of musical achievement and all students who performed are to be congratulated. We are most grateful to Belinda Angilletta, our visiting adjudicator from St Patrick’s College, Strathfield, who awarded the following prestigious prizes for the evening:
