Australian Composers Day

Our annual #AustralianComposersDay returns on Monday 4 May, bringing together talented music students from schools across NSW for a full day of creative expression, collaboration and inspiration at Santa Sabina. Last year saw record numbers, with aspiring young musicians joining us from every corner of the state – and we can’t wait to welcome even more students in 2026!

In 2026, composers Maria Grenfell (TAS), Luka Lesson (QLD) and Alice Chance (NSW) are sure to spark creativity in our young people; inspiring the next generation of Australian composers as they step into their place.
