Making a Gift

Giving that Changes Lives

The Scholarship Fund

The Santa Sabina Scholarship Fund supports students who demonstrate talent, promise and alignment with the values of the College, ensuring access to a Santa Sabina education regardless of financial circumstance. Through the generosity of our community, the Fund provides opportunities for students to flourish academically, creatively and personally, while strengthening the rich diversity and excellence of our College community.

The Building Fund

The Santa Sabina Scholarship Fund is an important source of funding for capital projects and the ongoing maintenance and improvement of College facilities. Families are invited to support the College through a tax-deductible donation of $990.

The Library Fund

The Library Fund provides essential resources and academic materials for College libraries, supporting student learning through the purchase of books, digital resources and educational technology.

Annual Giving

Each year at tax time, the College invites the Santa Sabina community to support our Annual Campaign through a tax-deductible contribution, helping fund key projects and initiatives across the College.

Major Gifts

We welcome conversations with members of our community who are interested in making a major gift or philanthropic contribution. Such support plays a vital role in enabling significant building developments and capital projects that enhance learning environments and support the long-term vision of the College.

The 2026 Annual Appeal

This year, the Annual Appeal invites support across two enduring priorities of the College: The Scholarship Fund – extending opportunity and access – OR The Building Fund – sustaining and enhancing the College environment OR contribute across both.

  • Scholarships – expanding access to a Santa Sabina education for students of promise, ensuring that talent, leadership and potential are not limited by circumstance.
  • Learning Environment and Facilities – Sustaining and enhancing the physical environment in which students learn, gather and grow, ensuring spaces that are contemporary, considered and supportive of wellbeing and year-round comfort with a particular focus on providing air-conditioning for our community and learning spaces.

A Moment from within the Community
There is a particular quality to a Santa Sabina education at its best: a sense of focus, or energy, of students fully present to the moment of learning.

For one current student, that experience has been transformative. Supported through a scholarship, she speaks of the College not simply as a place of education, but as a place where expectation and belief have expanded what she imagined possible for herself.

I’ve been in Australia a year and a half, the first year I went to an intensive English school. Now at Santa Sabina, the scholarship has pushed me forward to make my own confidence and achieve my goals in a supportive envrionment, where I can grow personally and academically. I really appreciate Santa Sabina for giving me this opportunity, and thank you for investing in me and my education. Scholarship Recipient

Equally, for those who have spent time within the College across many years, there is a recognition that the spaces themselves matter, that environments which are calm, light-filled and comfortable allow students to concentrate, participate and thrive.

Looking Ahead
Santa Sabina’s strength lies in its ability to hold together tradition and progress, to honour what has been built, while continuing to evolve in response to the needs of each generation.

Philanthropy plays a quiet but essential role in that balance.

Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible and the Foundation will also provide you with a tax receipt.

Bequests

A gift in your will, also known as a bequest, is a meaningful way to support the College’s future without impacting your current financial circumstances. By informing the College of your bequest, we are able to acknowledge your generosity during your lifetime and welcome you as a member of The Orange Tree Society.

Our Orange Tree symbolises wisdom, endurance and generosity. It continues to stand strong and bear fruit, as will your lasting gift.

Rosary Garden

Our new Rosary Garden has transformed the Primary Years play area into a serene space dedicated not only to play and gatherings but also to prayer and reflection. The garden features meticulously arranged stepping stones symbolising the decades of the Rosary, which families have been able to purchase and have their name embedded onto the bead. The Rosary Garden is not just a visual delight but also a spiritual haven – a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

A few plaques are still available for donors to leave a lasting mark on the College. We are deeply grateful for your continued support and generosity. Please consider this appeal.

Impact of Giving

Our annual philanthropy report shares the story of a year of remarkable growth and achievement, made possible through the generosity and belief of our donor community.

In 2025, support from this community:

  • paid for means-tested scholarships for four students
  • helped fund the new Rosary Garden on the Del Monte Campus
  • contributed to renovations of student bathrooms, classroom and other spaces on both campuses
  • protected students with retractable shade covers and soft fall play surfaces
  • provided new equipment for sport and co-curricular activities.
