NIKE+ Challenge

On Monday 200 girls from Year 7-12 started the challenge and embarked on, what I hope will be, 22 days of fun and fitness with their friends.

Technical glitches aside the Challenge has begun well and many girls are regularly recording upwards of 7km a day travelled.

We are hoping to better our 2008 effort of 10th place.

CGSSSA Netball Championships – 2009

Congratulations to the Junior, Intermediate and Senior team who participated in this tournament. Special mention to the Senior team who finished runners-up in their division.

Sydney Dance Eisteddfod

Over the last term and a half we have had the privilege to watch three groups of young dancers pursue their passion for dance under the expert guidance of their dance teachers.These teams recently entered the Sydney Dance Eisteddfod. Well done to The Rust and Cream teams who received Highly Commended placings on the day.

Inner West Catholic Schools’ Athletics Carnival

The Inner West Representative Athletics Carnival was recently held. The SSC squad had 24 athletes participating in 34 individual events and three team relays. Well done to all our junior athletes who participated.
