College Tours 2008

During Term 3 tours of our schools will be held on the following dates:

Primary School (Kindergarten - Year 5)

 

Wednesday 3 September	9.30am 2.00pm

Bookings for tours are preferred. To secure your booking please contact the Enrolments office on 9745 7030.

Middle School (Years 6 - 7) and Santa Sabina (Years 8-12)

 

Tuesday 2 September	9.30am 3.45pm

If you would like a tour of the College at an alternate time, please phone the Enrolments Office on 9745 7030 to arrange a time.

Orientation procedures for students entering the College in 2009

Kindergarten – Year 5, 2009

Parents who have finalised their acceptance of a place for their child for 2009 in the Primary School will receive confirmation of the completion of the enrolment and further details regarding the Orientation process at the commencement of Term 4, 2008.

Orientation Sessions for Kindergarten 2009

An orientation session for Kindergarten students will be held on Wednesday November 5.
An information morning for parents of Kindergarten students will be held on Wednesday November 12.

Orientation Sessions for Years 1- 5 2009

An Orientation Day for students entering years 1-5 in 2009 will be held on Tuesday November 11. An information morning for parents whose children are entering Years 1-5 will be held on Tuesday November 11.

These occasions provide an important opportunity for both parents and students to be introduced to the school environment and to receive the necessary information to assist students to achieve a smooth transition to the school next year. Attendance is a requirement of enrolment.

Orientation procedures for Middle School (Year 6 -7) 2009

Those who finalise their application and satisfy requirements will receive confirmation of the completion of the enrolment and further details regarding the Orientation process. This consists of:

• An interview with you and your daughter which will be arranged during Terms 2 and 3 in 2008. Its purpose is to help us understand the learning needs of your daughter and to personally welcome you to the College community.
• Orientation for MS students of 2009 will be held on Tuesday 14 October 2008, This includes an information session for parents at the start of the day.

Orientation Year 8 – 12, 2009

Students will undergo an orientation process tailored to their individual needs, depending on their time of enrolment. During this process new students and their parents will meet key teaching staff and students will have the opportunity to experience a day in the life of the College.
