IBDP at Santa from 2018

From 2018 Santa Sabina College will be offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) alongside the HSC in Years 11 and 12.

Already an IB World School providing the Primary Years Programme in Years P to 5, the College has just learned of its success in the stringent authorisation process conducted over the last two years.

“We now join the community of IB World Schools with shared, internationally benchmarked educational standards and practices”, College Principal Dr Maree Herrett said.

“Our learning community has gone global. Students can choose what’s best for them, either the HSC or the IBDP.”

Year 10 students already at the College have undergone extensive careers testing including three-way interviews between the Careers Advisor, parents and students. Along with mentoring from ex-students in all walks of life, the current Year 10s are well-equipped to choose the most suitable pathway towards tertiary study and future career.

Santa Sabina College is now accepting enrolments for both the IBDP or HSC for girls entering Year 11, 2018.
